Delhi Rape and people reaction

I see people over reacting to Delhi's gang rape. In each city in India more than 365 rapes happening per year. It means on an average there is one rape happening per day in each city. These are the just numbers registered in police records. Think about girls who are suffering with harassment and won't inform to anyone even to their parents by feeling shame.

When we talk about RAPE I got some interesting thoughts. We all are talking about boys raping girls. But see this. As a citizen of India:
We raped human values.
We raped all the morals.
We raped our culture.
We raped so many rules in IPC.

Politicians raping democracy.
S/w engineers raping the source code.
Education system raping children's life & career.

As a highly educated people we are doing all these. So rape is not a big thing we need be worried of. I'm ignoring the Delhi rape news in 2 days and you will ignore it in 2 weeks. Thats all. Nothing more than this will happen. Don't waste your time by updating messages in facebook and twitter. Don't waste time by protesting against laws and government. If you want to do something, then do this:

Respect laws.
Respect Morals.
Respect human.
Respect our culture.
Spread this to everyone around you.

At least your next generation will have good behavior.

  1. My dear friend Vijay it's not overreacting. You comparing few different things. The issue people is dealing about know is a human heart other that's bad worst.
When it comes to say breaking the laws in IPC it has became old and need modification and still agreeing that we have to follow them.
Don't ask to stop protest against this issue. And more over this is one of the primary moral of a human being not to hurt others right and respect fellow human being if some one disobeys it he has to punish that's law.
If you say ignore this issue means your asking to violate the law and ignore moral. Are you?

  3. Hello Shakeer,
I mean Protesting will not help you much. Improve the morals and human values and then you can avoid these incidents.
They saying: "People will stop doing rape, if they have fear of punishment. So change the rules and hang people".

I'm Saying: "People should respect morals and human values. Then we will come to know what is wrong and what is bad. Then we won't do anything wrong. This is the permanent solution".

    1. Vijay, do you think the persons who did this don't know what they did is bad?
Human values are needed and at the same time punishment is also needed.
No one has seen GOD till now but some people hesitate to do few things but few they use GOD name to full fill there deeds.
They also know what they are doing, but punishment from GOD is late so they are doing it. If it is immediate then still few will go back from doing things which they are not suppose to do.
we need to learn and teach ethics and at the same time we need punishments who violates them... that's my view.

    2. Shakeer,
With the punishments only few will step back. But the problem for ladies is just not outside. They are getting harassed by father, brother, uncle, teacher. Why the hell she will open her mouth and complain to police for punishment. I can't explain the feeling when I heard the news of a father raping his daughter. That was some years back. I'm not surprised now as I'm hearing atleast one every month. We know the news when it come outside. But surely there will be 70% of the news won't come out considering India ladies sensibilities.
